Until now, all orders (whole, de-boned and sliced hams) are being dispatched in the expected times and the carriers deliver normally, with occasional delays. Some countries have implemented border controls which so far have not affected the movement of goods. The situation by territory is:
* To avoid problems, indicate a home address (not a store, shop or company) as the delivery address. The same applies to delivery points: if the carrier does not find you at your address and must leave the package at a delivery point, it is possible that the delivery point will not be the usual one, but a more remote one.
Of course, as always, if we cannot deliver your ham, we will refund the full amount of your order.

Bone-in, Boned & Sliced
I had other "gourmet" paletas and jamones before, but it is hard to find a place that gets the cut right. Too many times the slices are too thick or too small, and this detracts from the tasting profile of the product.
I'm more than pleased that Ibergour got an excellent cut, with full slices cut very thinly. The paleta itself is of the highest quality, making this a super value for money.
