Ventresca morbida, profumata,vellutata e compatte, non sbriciolata come molte ventresche.
Si apprezza la sua finezza e la bontà dell'olio di stivaggio.
Extra vergine sarebbe stato meglio ma non si può avere tutto.
Certamente proverò altri prodotti della casa, che per altro,sembra incredibile, transita per Genova per la distribuzione.
