Jamon Iberico disappointing!

Delivery of the product was excellent and both the cheese and the wine in the hamper were of very good quality.
However, have to say that the Jamon Iberico itself was disappointing to say the least.
There were excessive amounts of fat and although the meat we did have tasted good, there was very little of it.
Overall,poor value for money!
