This jamon holder/stand is a work of art, as well as being a very good and well made product. It looks so nice in our kitchen with or without a jamon. It makes carving much easier, especially having it rotate. I thought about the non-revolving model but so glad I spent the extra Euros. Delivery and payment was also quick and efficient.
Support répondant parfaitement à mes attentes, le socle est lourd, stable et orientable ce qui permet une découpe pour droitier et gaucher sur une même cuisse, l'inclinaison et le système d orientation permet une découpe tout autour de l'os, enfin le produit peut paraitre chère, mais c'est un produit d'une très belle finition avec des matériaux utilisés de grande qualité, l entretien est un peu fastidieux mais c'est le prix à payer pour déguster d'excellentes cuisses de pata negra, pas de pièce en bois sur le support donc niveau développement de microbes c'est top,
en complément une petite housse de protection serait à prévoir pour envelopper et protéger les jambons non consommés entièrement sur la broche
