Two wedges of SPANISH CHEESE FREE with your ham or shoulder

The first cheese is semi-dry and made from pasteurized sheep milk. It has been aged for a minimum of 90 days and goes very well with dry or sparkling white wines.
The other one is a manchego-style cheese made also from pasteurized sheep milk that has been aged for over 4 months. It has an intense flavor with a slight sharpness. It can also be eaten as a dessert, paired with quince jelly, walnuts, pine nuts, or almonds.
Each wedge of cheese has a net weight of 250 grams.
